Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that lug nuts or bolts are individually wrapped to prevent scratches or damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the parts to confirm they are in new, uninstalled condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
